Appointments

A standard consult is either 10 or 15 minutes depending on the doctor you are seeing. If you have multiple issues or a more complicated matter to discuss, a longer appointment is advised.

If you go over your allocated appointment time a larger gap may be applicable

Phone and video consultations are offered for certain matters if you have been seen in the last 6 months by one of our doctors. These are billed like regular face to face consults at the discretion of the doctor.

We will always do our best to have you seen by your preferred doctor however on some occasions this may not be possible, in this instance we will offer you a time with one of our other Doctors. If we are fully booked and you have an urgent matter, we will put you through to one of our nurses who will triage your call and communicate with our duty doctor.

We ask that you please confirm your appointment when you receive your reminder via SMS. If you do not confirm your appointment, it may be double booked to accommodate someone who needs an urgent appointment on that day. Your appointment will never be cancelled unless you request it.
