Email is not considered a safe method of communication and as a result we do not encourage it. However we do understand that it is a quick and easily accessible communication tool and so we have policies in place to safeguard your personal information as much as possible.

When requesting personal information to be sent to you via email you will be asked to send an email to the clinic with the specific request. The request will be authorised by your treating Doctor and sent as an attachment via a reply email. This ensures we have the correct email address to send your information to and is considered your consent for us to send you your information.

Please be aware that we will always check with your Doctor before sending your information to you. If your Doctor is not present on the day your request is received it will be processed on the next day your Doctor is consulting at the clinic.
